Served By Ali and Rich at Farnborough store yesterday. We had already tried other stores for camping equipment for my Daughter but very expensive. Outdoors was better quality and better prices. Rich and Ali delivered first class customer service, were fonts of knowledge and didn't try to upsell. Advice and guidance was delivered with our best interests at heart. We saved £90 on our purchases and came away with boots, rucksack, 2 fleeces, 2 pairs of walking socks and sleeping blanket for under £100. Very good quality. Highly recommend for outdoor equipment and accessories. My Daughter said she felt like a VIP after we left the store. Thank you Ali and Rich!

I went in to browse but ended up buying a pair of Crocs for the garden. Rich was very helpful as I couldn't reach the stand and he helped with sizing. Excellent service.

Rich and Tracey were very helpful and quickly sorted me out with some new shoes and an excellent chat! Always nice to catch up.

I wanted some walking shoes that would be suitable for urban city walking so I went to Go Outdoors to get some advice as to what would be suitable. I was served by Luke, who was very knowledgeable and he explained to me what makes a good walking shoe and how they support the foot arch. I also got some water wicking socks he recommended. Very happy with the advice and the service I received - thank you, Luke. And don't forget to take some proof of being in the Scouts to secure a good discount!

I have never done a hike or outdoor adventures, so for me it felt very overwhelming to get the things needed for Snowdon! Luke was kind enough to take me around the shop floor explaining what items and equipment are a higher or lesser priority (as i was keeping to a budget) he helped me understand what is and what isn’t practical also! His patience is exactly what was needed! Fantastic help! Thank you Luke.

So glad I chose to go instore today instead of online. Had a very helpful young man help me find what I needed on the shop floor. Then at the till was served by Tracy again so helpful and friendly. Think I've found my top Outdoor store now.

I visited Go Outdoors Farnborough this morning and as always really appreciated the assistance provided by Ali and Liam. They were helpful, patient and went out of their way to find what I was looking for. I recommend the shop as it contains in my view a wide range of outdoor clothing and accessories but critically on each occasion I have visited and purchased items the service has been excellent.
