Freddie was very helpful today. He gave us great options of which shoes to buy, explaining why each was a good choice and had great knowledge on each one. He answered all of our questions and was very prompt in collecting the correct shoes for us. The store was clearly laid out and not overwhelming. Also, it was towards the end of the day and we did not feel rushed at all. Thank you!

First time I have visited Go Outdoors as we are new to camping so needed advice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even at the checkout Tom and Nia assisted us with some important information.

Looking for walking boots for myself and my son. Helped by two nice chaps - Freddie and Tom. They walked back and forth to get a number of boots to try. We both were satisfied with our purchases and the staff.

I went in to buy a cycle on the cycle to work scheme, as well as some accessories. Evan the guy who served me was kind friendly and knowledgeable.
He made suggestions of good products to buy as well as ones that would not be worth my time. He also remembered me from the first time I came in looking for a bike. He was also realistic with me regarding my goals.

Excellent selection of clothing. Clean changing rooms. Friendly helpful staff.

Signed up for a replacement voucher on my card, to get the discounts. Making it much cheaper to get the items I needed.

The staff were really helpful. Signed up for the club card, which gained us more savings on our purchases. The only issue was the children running riot. As a retail manager, I would have had a polite word with the parents to try to control the running children

Excellent service from all staff. In particular Jack who helped our son with choosing size 13 walking boots. Very knowledgeable and not pushy.

Mat helped me finding some new replacement boots. He was polite, competent and patient. What more could you need?
