Really great service from the Halifax store - rang and the bloke in the phone was really friendly (I really should have asked for a name so I could commend him personally!) then called down later to pick up my parcel and he already had it waiting behind the counter. Appreciate the swift service, as someone who also works in customer service it’s great to see someone like minded and on the ball!!

Backpack fitting
I visited the Halifax store today to get my backpack properly fitted having watched various videos online.
Steve did this for me and he was so helpful and took his time.

First of all Halifax is a great place…
First of all Halifax is a great place and it was made better with the experience of visiting the GO Outdoors store, in particular my interaction with Steve. He was very friendly and helpful.

I did click and collect and paid for…
I did click and collect and paid for 30mins parking whilst collected my items when turned up the door was locked at 11.57and had a note advising was closed for 12-12.30pm 2 other customers turned up also frustrated. Due toy other commitments had at 12.30 I called the branch and they sorted my order but I did find this very frustrating and that no notice was on the website to advise the store is closed for warning.

Great shop and helpful staff

Great shop
I've used this shop a few times and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Jake served me and was polite and helpful. It's great to have a shop like this in our town.
