I walked into this store with very specific requirements, not expecting a physical store to be able to meet them. This store, and one employee in particular (whose name I forgot to note) was able to help me find a jacket that suits my needs. Thank you.

I've had a pair of Metrell Accentor 3 boots with Gore-tex for nearly a year and found them to be excellent. However, one boot sprung a leak and my foot was getting quite wet when walking in wet weather. I contacted Merrell customer service who said there would be no problem exchanging the boots without quibble. Go Outdoors we're excellent and exchanged the boots for me even though the new price was higher than what I originally paid.
After nearly a years use I am very impressed by the service I have received.

The salesperson Georgia made my experience remarkable and enjoyable. She knew the products thoroughly and was able to communicate that. Plus she being a hiker as well, she was able to impart real-life experience with the products. Very helpful. Will look for her again when I make future purchases.

I visited here with my wife to purchase some footwear for hiking and general outdoorsy type of walking. We were served by Mel who was extremely knowledgeable about the footwear, what was suitable, and more importantly how they should fit. She didn't try to rush us into the most expensive shoe and spent at least 30 minutes making sure we had the correct shoes.

Excellent experience at Go Outdoors in Horsham. I went in to get some new walking boots, I was assisted straight away but a very friendly and helpful member of staff who steered me to the boots more suitable for my wide feet and the type of walking I needed them for. Just so happened they were on sale at a bargain price. I'm really pleased with the boots (which I've already worn a few times and are super comfy) and the service!

I went in for some advice and spoke to Ben. He was an absolute legend spending time with me to explore a number of things from tents to stoves and sleeping bags. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had some great advice.

Bought a pair of North Ridge walking shoes today. Georgia served me and was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the right sort of shoe for me. Thank you Georgia.

Ben was really great. Very knowledgeable and able to offer real life experience and guidance on what we'd need for a trip to Iceland. Loads of choice on the coats and other things we needed, too.

Helpful staff. Although the walking boots I wanted were not available in the store Ben and another staff member helped me to order them to be sent to my home address. They arrived in record time. Now they have been worn for several long walks and are exactly what I needed. Sorry to be slow in getting this review done. Purchase was 16.8. 24. Many thanks M Quail

The shop was well laid out so was easy to find what I was looking for. The girl shop assistant was very pleasant and helpful with finding the correct style and size of footwear i wanted.

Superb service at the Horsham store. Everybody was extremely helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful in the store. The membership is a good idea to shop at Go Outdoors and I will shop there again.

This pump has a fixed outlet with no additional fittings
This means I cannot use it to pump up my awning .
Big shame as additional fittings would cost pennies .
I will have to return it
