Extremely helpful staff
Went in store looking for specific items I found online but couldn't find them all. Spoke to Harry who was extremely informative and helpful. He located all the items I was looking for and was able to answer all questions I had regarding them. Once we had everything, he then took me to the check out. He also folded everything into small compact parcels for me to put into my backpack, which included a ski jacket. I was as impressed with his folding skills as I was with how helpful and friendly he was. Harry went above and beyond for me today and I am extremely grateful to him for making a stressful day a great deal easier.

Unexpected find.
Alison was very helpful with her advice about boots and places for repairs. Sadly they didn't have boots I could use, but I did end up with some great DRY™ Rannoch Moor Gaiters I'm quite satisfied with! The store was very clean and the staff present but not pushy and had very decent prices on mountaineering packs and trail packs for those interested.
