GO Outdoors - Inverness (Express) Opiniones 

This review relates to the national customer service, not the inverness express store who were very helpful. My order was cancelled but I was not informed. When I called customer services I was advised I would have to wait 2 weeks for the refund to be authorised then a further 5 days for it to be actioned. After speaking to a supervisor the refund was processed the next day, I asked for email confirmation and was promised this but it did not happen. Poor service

Went in to get a jacket and Makala found me the perfect one in the perfect size made it very easy and quick and she was very polite very satisfied with my visit

I recently visited this establishment to purchase new walking boots and maps. I was assisted by Chris, whose customer service was exemplary. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of hiking trails in the Highlands and dedicated considerable time to discussing various options with me, including recommending maps that aligned with my interests. Furthermore, he provided a list of scenic locations I might wish to explore, and I genuinely value the assistance he provided. This experience was notably superior to that offered by the larger Go outdoors. I intend to make this my preferred store for future purchases.

We were visiting from the US and I needed a pair of shoes in size 13. Our salesperson, Donna, was excellent. She found a few pairs in the back room that were my size and helped me choose the appropriate shoe. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Staff will listen to what you need and are keen to assist. Isla found the items I needed and the correct sizes
Prices are very reasonable and a decent selection of products.

Went in looking for a jacket but they didn’t have my size. Chris overheard and asked what I was looking for and came with an alternative. Fantastic service will deffo be returning

I walked in with many questions and as I'm not local, I was a little nervous. I was warmly welcomed, and everyone in the shop was helpful. Jean-Luc was knowledgeable and kind. There was also a young woman whose name I didn't get who patiently helped me try on numerous pairs of hiking shoes.

Thanks to Isla and Jean-Luc for the help today. Purchased a pair of Adidas Terrex and both helped me with a voucher issue. Thanks.

Went in with no idea of what I was doing (apart from looking for shoes!) The staff member - Jean-Luc - took the time to help me with different shoes and sizes, all with friendly chat - I didnt ever feel like I was getting the "hard sell".

Chris and Makala were extremely helpful. They put aside a backpack for me while I drove the store and helped make sure it fit me before I purchased it.

I called the store beforehand to check if they had stock. After a short wait stock was confirmed and set aside for me. Collected a short time later. Staff (Alison & Makela) wey very helpful.
