After many years of going to this…
After many years of going to this store, and finding the service excellent and the staff friendly knowledgeable and always willing to assist, I’m sorry to hear it’s closing and the nearest store is Bootle we’re I feel the personal touch is lost and not in a very accessible place.
Come on Outdoors Liverpool deserves its own city centre store.

Came over for a pair of walking boots, we were served by the extremely knowledgeable Eddie, who helped me find a pair. Explained how much money I'd save by becoming a member and made sure I got the best deal based on things I was actually after, not just selling things I didn't want. Super nice guy, so helpful and made the experience really positive. Thanks Eddie mate 😁

Great Customer Service
Eddie was brilliant! I was undecided on a coat which he put aside for me for a few hours. When I came back for it, he was friendly, set me up with members discount and was giving me tips about the jacket which I hadn't noticed. Thank you Eddie, lovely experience!

My son wanted to buy a new winter coat…
My son wanted to buy a new winter coat which meant the staff having to unlock numerous rails so he could try them on. The staff did so quickly and cheerfully (they must have to do this umpteen times a day I would struggle to stay cheerful myself!) the coat we wanted wasn’t in stock but Eddie not only ordered it for us for home delivery but assisted us to get a discount which was very welcomed. Eddie is a credit to the store and company.

I recently visited the Liverpool Express branch to look for a waterproof packaway jacket, and I was impressed with the service I received. Eric was personable and professional, found me the jacket and as it was a wet week in Liverpool I was pleased with my purchase.

This was my second visit here this week. On Tuesday the staff were very helpful when I bought a day pack. I was there again today and James was super helpful and patient while I was looking for a winter jacket.
