This was my first time shopping at Go Outdoors and I was very pleased. James was really helpful and took the time to help me find the right walking shoes. Would definitely recommend.

Good friendly staff who knew what they were doing, cheerful and positive

I’ve recently purchased a Bergen and became a member. I was perusing online and came across the sort of trainer I was looking for and was amazed by the price. I phoned the store and was dealt with in an extremely polite and professional manner. I went to the shop and ordered in store and the gentleman was the same as I had spoken to on the phone. Extremely accommodating and knowledgable on my purchase. Attention to detail outstanding. Many thanks Nathan.

Friendly patient helpful cheerful staff...couldnt be better.... especially as i just arrived closing time.
(BUT management need a kick. I followed web instructions to find Liverpool Express and its not listed!)

I was helped by Eric who was faultless. He was patient, thoughtful and very efficient. I didn't feel under any obligation to buy even after 20 mins and he'd fetched the third (or was it fourth) pair of shoes. I did buy and left feeling very impressed with the service, especially as it last thing on a Friday. Thanks Eric.

Really good shopping experience today. Emma was super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and fetching different sizes of boots to try on. She seemed to genuinely care that we made a good choice for us, not just a good sale. Prices and choice were really good too, and additional offers always appreciated.

Visited the Liverpool express store earlier to purchase a pair of Salomon trainers. Eddie who served me was very helpful and he is a great credit to the store. He made my visit very easy and I’m thankful for his help.

Eddie could not have been more helpful and friendly - he listened carefully to everything we said we needed and brought it to us, which made everything so much easier. We said we are vegan and do not wear animal products, and he was checking the labels of everything he showed us, very knowledgable and impressive. Thank you!

First class service! I needed a new pair of walking shoes, having tried a few other shops I went into Go Outdoors by Central Station and I was served by Eric, who did a brilliant job. Good advice and guidance given on a wide variety of shoes, I didn't feel rushed and I was very pleased by the price of my selected boots. Thanks Eric! Great service!

I needed to change some 9.5 sized Mendl shoes ordered online for a larger size. The size 10s were too big. Sales assistant ‘Eddie’ was really helpful in getting me a pair of shoes that fitted my slightly wide feet.

Although the shop is small (Express) there was a decent range of boots to choose from. Thanks to Emma who found the boots I wanted to try on and helped me with my purchase.
