Just went to the arndale store to get a watch and was served by callum. He was really helpful and offered great advice with good humour. Excellent experience.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, the girl at the till did not tell us that becoming a member will cost us £5, we got the discount but it’s very unethical to make customers member without telling them that it will cost £5. Very misleading.
When I raised this with the staff at the gate he told us that we cannot cancel the membership and cannot get a refund which did not make sense.
To all the shoppers make sure you check when buying something at the Manchester Arndale store.

Had a great experience at go outdoors (as always).
Charlie W who served us was particularly patient in guiding us to a sleeping bag which fit our need. He was friendly and helpful the entire time which made our experience today very enjoyable 😊
I highly recommend this store for people finding outdoor gears!
