Much better than my experience in Ipswich.
Staff very helpful knowledgeable and cheerful. Such a contrast to the sad lot at the Ipswich store. If I was in charge of Go Outdoors I would give a pay rise to the Norwich team funded by a pay cut to those in Ipswich. I suppose it's only to be expected given the performance of the Canaries compared to those poor Tractor Boys and of course we have Delia onm our side inspiring us all to do better. Well done Go Outdoors Norwich.

We came into the shop to find a smaller tent for Shorter breaks. We asked Sean.L for some advice as unsure what was best. He went above and beyond explaining all about the tents aswell as checking the stock room for alternative options. We made our choice after being guided through pros and cons of two.

Retuning a faulty item
Just went into Norwich store on Barker street to return a pair of faulty shoes. Bought a pair of Peter Storm trainers in December, and the fabric split after only 6 months. Staff were brilliant, didn't quibble over the need to replace the shoes at all. Laura on the till was first point of contact, she directed me to Ally in the shoe section who helped me select replacement shoes, and Tom H was the supervisor in charge that took the time to make sure we got a full refund by looking up the original purchase on thier computer system. 100% perfect from all.3 members of staff that helped, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable across the board. Thankyou for looking after everything and making it a positive stress free experience.

No communication
When I ordered it said I would be contacted when the order was ready for collection. This didnt happen. I have been waiting and ive checked on the order and apparently is ready for collection. So annoying
