GO Outdoors - Porthmadog (Express) Opiniones

Staff were dismissive. When I asked for help from an assistant she started talking to her colleague in English but half way through switched to Welsh. What would you think was happening in that situation? You would think they were talking about you in a negative way. Totally unprofessional staff and I’m certain I wouldn’t use this store ever again.

Pretty good selection of outdoor wear, with a variety of prices and quality to suit most purses. Helpful friendly staff, who don’t ‘jump’ on you as looking round,
Alfie at the till was very helpful, as I hadn’t got my GoOutdoors card, and he had problems finding me, despite shopping with you about 6 months ago. He was able to sort it all out for me though, and quickly too - good memory!

Amazing, helpful Staff who see value in their loyal customers ☺️

Very good service from the crew.Went yesterday to get myself some hiking shoes but unsure with what option to go for.Luckily Alfie a staff member was very helpful and helped me pick a very good pair for my hikes , will be coming back more often

Great value items. Some of the staff could be more helpful

Exceptional service, and by no m3ans for the first time. Big thanks to Gareth and crew at GO Port.

Friendly, helpful service

Very helpful staff who found what we were in need of.

The assistant was very helpful, polite and professional.
When I came into return an item he helped me choose something similar with kindness, excellent service from him.

Amazing service from Gareth and the team. Courteous and knowledgable, a great shopping experience.

Great service and advice from Gareth about a tent. Very knowledgeable about the product. Thanks for the friendly service and biscuits for the dog on a very rainy day!

Been twice in a week because I forgot some gear and then my walking boots failed. Very knowledgeable staff who were very helpful both in Guiding me to gear suitable for my needs and making sure I got the best value for money.

Great service, thank you Gareth for assisting me, customer service brilliant and the issue was resolved, a very satisfied customer!! Thank you!

Found what I wanted and bought at a good price

It was a great outlet but the staff were not very helpful until asked

Great experience, staff very helpful & respectful at all times.

Very friendly staff always ready to give you help and great advice on products

Great service from Gareth to select waterproof shoes

I was behind a customer who was served by asst 008/or clerk 011. A young man. The customer was served and asked if he had a discount card and searching by post code the asst found he had and he got a discount. As I approached the counter he looked at me and charged me full price of £20 for my item didn't even ask if I might have a discount card which I have used many times, I was annoyed about it and as customer's were behind me I paid with my card then just as I was getting my receipt he walked away. Disrespectful staff and very unhelpful. On my birthday as well.
