I had an excellent experience shopping at the Scarborough Go Outdoors store today. From the moment I stepped in, the service was top-notch.
A particular staff member upstairs was incredibly helpful, providing excellent support and guidance with my purchase. Their expertise made a real difference in my shopping journey.
The positive experience continued at the till, where Sam processed my transaction. Her attentive, personal, and professional manner truly stood out. She made the payment process fun and light-hearted, which was a delightful end to my visit.
Overall, the staff at Go Outdoors Scarborough demonstrated exceptional customer service, making my shopping trip a truly enjoyable one.

Great service

Always very helpful but never pushy. Lots of good advice on tent choices. Help choosing our camping accessories. Just nice to have someone to spend the time and offer advice.

Staff where helpfull friendly and knowledgeable. Syrona assisted me in finding everything I needed and gave helpful advice.

Luke ,Sam and Syrona went beyond to serve us today. Luke went through numerous boxes of stock to find me a pair of Brasher shorts in the right size before being told they were on the dummy in the window. They were all helpful ,enthusiastic and cheerful. I ended up buying two pairs instead of the one I went in for, Don’t know what you are paying term but it’s not enough!

We visited the Scarborough store today with the intention of purchasing some new walking shoes for myself.
I spotted a pair of Merrell that I liked and asked the assistant, Luke, what size they were.
They were my size so Luke got me the other shoe.
Whilst I was waiting I looked on my phone to see how much the shoes were at other outlets and was surprised to see them approximately £30 cheaper at an alternative supplier.
Tongue in cheek I asked Luke if he could match the price, which he replied yes that’s no problem and if you have a Go Outdoors account, which we do, you can get an additional 10% off.
I couldn’t believe my luck as Luke had helped me save ~£40.
I cannot recommend Luke and the Go outdoors team highly enough for their exceptional customer service. Thank you

Great Service from one of Go Outdoors smaller stores in Scarborough! Staff friendly and helpful both Eevee and David helped as best they could. A rucksack on a very high display which wasnt easy to get to!

We just called in to the Scarborough branch of go out doors on the off chance of purchasing a pop up tent .we were approached by a helpful young lady named sam .who said there wasn't any in store and that she could order us one directly to our home in stoke on trent.

Good knowledgeable staff who were more than willing to help and friendly throughout my visit.

Just happened to find exactly what I was looking for, and the sales assistant was very helpful in getting me the best price by joining your club and receiving the full discount. Very satisfied.

Fantastic service, patient, honest and knowledgeable staff whilst I decided what walking boots to buy. Highly recommended. Particular mention to Luke and Sam.

Person serving me was polite and made my order quickly and efficiently. Item only available in store but not in stock so had to be ordered. Why use Evri as a courier? Box arrived battered but item inside was intact.
