I met John today who helped me decide on the most appropriate camping chair. It was nice to receive good customer service by both John & his fellow colleague. I would recommend shopping here.

Went in to buy a lap top bag and some socks . Nice clean shop , got spoken to by 2 lovely members of staff who were both extremely friendly and helpful . It’s a shame the Solihull store is closing in... Ver más

I visited Go Outdoors Express to collect an order. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only criticism is the lack of bigger branded items but I don’t think this is isolated to Go Outdoors

Helpful Staff
I regularly visit the Solihull store and find the staff to be polite & helpful. The store is tidy, clean & well set out too. Bruce helped me find the trousers I needed today. He has also been very helpful in the past when I was trying on & buying new hiking boots to take to Austria.

Walking Boot Experts
I went to Go Outdoors Solihull after work to find some walking boots.
Sue who served me was super helpful, giving me great advice and different recommendations.
I tried slight variation of sizes of lots of different pairs of boots.
Sue was unwavering in her enthusiasm, going back and forth to the store room and persevered until she found the right boots for me.
I'm super happy with my choice of boots and I'm pleased that I chose to go to Go Outdoors Solihull.

nice people not reviewing the shop as a whole just the specific green 4 man tent we brought. how can you sell a tent that is not waterproof please? why am i sat here getting an involuntary shower and waking up in swimming pools… i cant swim. really upset with this ngl guys please sort it out. ‘waterproof tent’. where? cus i can promise it’s not this one it leaks like my grandmas bladder x

Sue was super helpful in finding my partner some walking boots that fitted :) - this was especially great because she needed a half size which are often difficult to find!

Sue was very knowledgeable. Able to advise based on her own experiences. Sue also took the time to find an improved deal which meant I got 2items for the price of one by ordering the item on line rather than purchasing in the shop. A very satisfied and appreciative customer. Well done Sue 👏🏼

Asked for some help, Sue listened to what I needed and directed me towards items that fit my brief exactly, very helpful, always there ready to help. And the membership prices/savings were a huge boon. Great stuff, keep it up.
