Staff were welcoming
Staff were welcoming without being "in your face" . The benefits of having a membership ship card were clear. Liv was very helpful and sorted a card for me, saving money on my purchase.
The shop was well stocked and tidy. Easy to find what I was looking for.

The staff were very helpful, especially the lady at the till. We were able to purchase a good quality product for a good price due to being a member and scouting discounts.

On Returning to the Stafford branch for…
On Returning to the Stafford branch for the second time a week apart, Karen immediately remembered us, reminding us “you always go back to the first shop you went too.” She was very helpful and patient, as my partner takes his time in choosing anything!
