Purchased boots in store for delivery to my home address on 27th December.
I have still not received them (7th January)
And not received any correspondence or explanation of the delay. The receipt states delivered will take 3-5 days.

We were told in store that only High Street stores Price Match! These boots were significantly less expensive online so we left your Stafford store without purchasing anything. We have never been informed you have different categories of store?
