No membership card
A few months ago I joined as a member. The day I went shopping this week, I remembered I needed a winter top and called in at the shop. But then I realised I had nothing on me to say I had membership. I asked at the till and the shop assistant said it was not a problem as she could find my membership by my address. This saved me paying the extra £10 non-member's fee, which I am grateful for.

Stafford Go Outdoors was a great shopping experience for us. We went in for 1 pair of boots and came out with 4!! The assistant, Rose, couldn't have been more helpful. She was so nice and friendly in finding various sizes of various shoes/boots for us, and it in no small part that we found 4 that suited. Rose is worth her weight in gold at the store 😁

A Wonderful Experience, thank you.
I have never shopped at GO before though I have past the shop on many occasions. I wanted something specific to the shop so I went in. Your staff member was really nice and was so encouraging and yet she was quite busy on her own. She kindly answered all my queries and I was most impressed. I of course made my first purchase which I am very pleased about.

Excellent Staff product not so good…
The staff both in the store and at customer services were excellent. The reason 3 stars is that the product first of had no instructions on how to dismantle it once up, a day shelter. Also once I had the instructions they were for me impossible to apply. The hydraulic system was far to strong for any one who is not very strong and tall. Product bought online click and collect Stafford.

Visited the Stafford store a few weeks ago seeking some walking boots. I have had real problems securing the right pair with my plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. Rachel was superb. Using her own podiatry issues to make me feel valued and nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient and helped me with advice and suggestions. Excellent service

The two female sales assistants were so helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to help me. I would definitely shop at the Stafford branch again.

Excellent customer service at the Stafford store. They hadn’t got what I wanted in stock, so Rachel ordered it and had it delivered to the stop. It’s very easy to do this, I will be using this free service again.
