I purchased a pair of Brasher boots in Jan 26 which had a faulty/damaged rubber protective strip. Staff member Joe G listened to my account without being dismissive and outlined the options available. He agreed that he would be able to deal with the matter there and then. He subsequently carried out a check and discovered that another pair was available in stock, and as a result replaced my faulty pair.
Joe is a credit to the company. He was knowledgeable and polite, and asked relevant questions pertaining to my use of the product .

I wish all retail staff were as professional and approachable as this gentleman. Please pass on my thanks .

Had a great experience today at Go Outdoors, I purchased a camping bed and Matt helped me out a lot by assisting me in taking one out and showing me how they can be assembled. I then tried out the bed and decided to purchase. Thanks so much for your help Matt ☺️ much appreciated! Will be back!

I walked in with no idea of what walking boots to buy for a 3 peaks challenge I have naively signed up for.

Matt asked if he could help and what my budget was to which explained/picked out a few best options for me. He had great knowledge around the different boots available.

After about 1 hour in the store and swapping about 7 pairs of boots off and on my feet. He helped choose out the pair that was best for me.

The staff/service were great!

We recently bought some boots from Matt. He was exceptional and very patient offering brilliant advice and taking extra care to ensure he maintained boundaries while still providing a personalized service. Matt had a superb attitude to his work and we would be happy to shop with him again.

We have problems finding an aqua pro garment for my wife as she is petite. We have looked for months with no success. Jess H at the Tamworth branch was excellent and spent time with us making helpful suggestions and showing excellent patience. In the end we found a garment that was a perfect fit, in the children’s section. Something never suggested before.

Visit your branch in tamworth for lounger chair found a member of staff for help very helpful and friendly took chair down stairs she would have taken it to my car but I was only parked outside her name was Jess H very pleasant lady

I went in to buy some new boots and Jess l the sales assistant was very helpful and patient as l tried on a few different styles and sizes, also Ioannis was very helpful when l wanted to try on some trousers and Joe when purchasing sunglasses, overall and very good experience, thank you

Looking for a new pair of walking boots. The assistant Matt was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great price for a good set of boots and cashiers were very friendly as well.

Just visited the tamworth store to purchase socks took 1 pair to the till and told by the person serving me that anothe pack purchased would be 1/2 price so went to get another pack when i got back my wife was waiti g by the till and she overheard one of the workers upstairs over his radio saying someone was coming downstairs with unpaid socks. I find this totaly unaceptable. To treat shoppers with dishonesty is unacecptable i do not blame the people who work in store it obviousley comes from above..also last week i ordered and payed for a coat to collect in store i paid for this on the saturday and went to collect on the monday just before i walked in the store i recieved an email saying i was refunded as item not available ..i will never use this store or any go outdoors again. Your a disgrace im not sure if i was treated this way for some other reason due to my ethnicity.
