Guidance on Choice of Shoe
Needing some guidance on the choice of shoes for rambling, I called at GO Outdoors. There, Christina helped me sort out a great pair to fit my broad feet. Christina was knowledgeable, patient and professional.

Really impressive service at Go Outdoors
Really impressive customer service from Christina in the Tunbridge Wells GO Outdoors store. I showed her three different shoe types from their broad selection and she immediately went and got me each of them in my size simply by memory. Well informed comments for and against each choice. Really good experience.

A little smile goes a long way.
Previous visits to the store were very positive but on this occasion we found this member of staff disinterested, and little condescending. We will use this branch again but will avoid this member of staff.

Wonderful experience in the go outdoors…
Wonderful experience in the go outdoors shop as I had little knowledge of camping. Christina, the sales assistant was fantastic guiding me through all the things that I would need.
Well done, Christina.

Rupert was very polite and helpful
Rupert was very polite and helpful. When I enquired about a certain brand he actively sought out the brand and advised it was available online only. He also got the trolley from the window to give us a demonstration on how easy it was to put up and down

Helpful lot at Tunbridge Wells
I haven't camped for a while so off I went to Go Outdoors for advice on what to buy for a novice camper. I went to the shop twice and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff were in suggesting the essentials. I was in and out in no time.
