Great service
Every one in store was extremely helpful. They ordered the coat I bought. Had it delivered so I got the full discount the manager deserves a special mention she really is a star.

Outstanding customer service
The level of customer service was outstanding especially note worthy was the help from Louise and Ciara. Ciara was of great help sorting out Merrell walking shoes for my up coming trip to India. She showed good product knowledge and also showed empathy for my requirements.
The whole process was so enjoyable I will return to this store even though it's out of my area it will be worth the trip.

Shop clean and presentable
Shop clean and presentable. Not as much choice as I thought there would be. However, I did get the item I went for.
Staff on tills were helpful and friendly.
Good experience all in all. One gripe is I am receiving too many emails from you. I have unsubscribed but they still arrive.

A very good outlet but the fishing dept needs something serious attention.
I only go to this shop for some of my fishing accessory replacements because it offers greater value than the only other dedicated tackle shop. The product i use a lot of is extremely high value for the money and over 1 pound per bag in saving.
My only gripe is the stock levels. Although they do stock a vast array of product that I do use and need most of the time the Warrington store doesn't have it but it does offer me an 18mile round trip to other stores that seemingly do replenish their stock quite regularly.
Other than this I am always provided with a good service either with enquiries or at the point of sale.
All in all I do value this shop for my needs and I am a regular shopper but I do wish someone would get a grip of the stocking levels.

Jessica was excellent serving me today. My membership had run out so I didn't think I'd be able to use my discount, but she renewed it for me and applied the discount at the same time. Great service!
