Lian in the Worcester store understood exactly what I was after and helped me choose my walking boots. I went with his recommendation. Very helpful and excellent service.

I went in to Go Outdoors, Worcester last week in search of a new pair of walking boots to replace a well-loved pair, which had come apart at the seams from overuse.

Shirley was the most helpful shop assistant I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Using her experience and knowledge, she guided me to the best options for my needs. When there were problems with sizing, she found a solution. Nothing seemed too much for her. She calmly worked through every issue that arose and gave me a reassuring confidence that her suggestions were worth listening to.

I decided to order a pair of Berghaus boots to be delivered to my home. Shirley led me through the process step by step. The boots arrived a few days ago and I am delighted with my purchase and the fit.

I have been looking for new boots for well over a year. I am so grateful to Shirley - who found them for me!

Shirley was as friendly and informative as ever when it came to paying for my purchase. We went to get kitted out for a Silver D of E expedition. I didn’t catch the name of the first assistant we spoke to but he recommended we were helped by Paul, who had extensive D of E experience, what fantastic teamwork! Paul’s knowledge helped us make informed choices and felt confident with our purchases. They supported us with how to get the best out of our participants’ discount too.

Thank you John! John was very helpful in store, he happily got me a few pairs of boots to try and some thicker socks to try on, so I could see how the boots fitted. Really happy with my purchase and the experience in store.

Shirley gave us tailor made service, sourcing large size shoes for my partner. Giving care advice and talking us through the returns procedure, should we need it. Nothing was too much trouble.
