I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop deserves the best! Although small, its range is amazing and unfailingly delivers on both quality and value. The experience is enhanced by attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether looking for footwear (me), technical clothing or equipment this place it the best.

The receipts are rubbish. They give misleading detail about discounts and the customer service contacts do not work.

Really great staff
Ashleigh was brilliant helping me with advice on a rain coat for Canada. She also helped me get the right kind of hiking socks. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic
Fantastic. Really helpful shop assistant called Ashleigh, who is a member of her uni mountaineering club got us to grips with which maps we'll need for where we wanted to walk, & highlighted good walking routes to take on them.

Fantastic service!
I asked the people at Go Outdoors for help in finding a very rare piece of kit. They didn’t stock it, but they went out of their way to find it for me at an online store. It was great service!

Helpful shop assistant. I needed waterproof over trousers for someone using a mobility scooter. The person who received them very pleased, light weight and a pouch to keep them in.
