having spent considerable time choosing…

having spent considerable time choosing my items, placing and paying for my order, Gordon's contacted me to say it was cancelled as they could not post it due to the costs involved however they took both my order and payment, then hey should have honoured it. Bad etiquette!!

Great service

The website was easy to use, good prices, fast delivery, great service. But sadly they don't stock the full range of health and beauty products I use and I was disappointed that I was only allowed one pack of my favourite tissues.
