We serve thousands of patients and customers every day on the high street, from more than 60 pharmacies across Northern Ireland and Scotland. We hope that you're satisfied with the service that you've received from us. I ordered item well over a week ago and…

I ordered item well over a week ago and the service and customer service has been awful you used a company who would deliver on time and track where they where so you can plan your day now you use the awful service of royal mail not good?

you did send me a email to say thank you for using your business and staying with you well until you change your way this will not happen you wanted my opinion

I have already sent an email to customer service but awful response

Prescription Service Great

Repeat Order Prescription Service is fantastic. Never any issues with supply of required medication. Generally several staff on, so never have to wait too long. Staff pleasant.
