Great service from G&H. Lee was fantastic and very professional.

Nigel and the team were great from start to finish, in what was a difficult sale with lease extensions etc. They did all the viewings, kept me regularly updated and were the cheapest! It is obvious that as a local company they have that extra level of customer service you don't see with some of the other big name agents. As they know their area so well and they understand their clients needs, they can effectively match buyer with property. Our house sold on the first viewing and they even gave us advice and support on properties on our house purchase, even though it was out of their area. Having bought my house from Lee in 2012 I knew that he was familiar with it and had no hesitation instructing him when I came to sell. Lee is very aware of the market in Ashford and surrounding villages which really helps. He is also good at identifying the right buyer for the right property.
