Brilliant experience
I can’t thank Ray, Senior Lettings Manager, enough for all his help and support throughout the entire process. From the moment I made my application, Ray has been fantastic and incredibly helpful, particularly throughout the referencing process.
His communication has been excellent from start to finish and he has consistently gone above and beyond to make everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Thanks to Ray, moving in has been an incredibly smooth experience.
The customer service I received from Ray has been brilliant and his professionalism, responsiveness and willingness to help really made a difference. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for a smooth and positive lettings experience.

I had a very positive experience with Livermores throughout the process of securing my new apartment. The service was professional, smooth, and reassuring from start to finish.
I would especially like to appreciate Mohammed Malik and Ray Shukla, who were extremely helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the process. They were always willing to answer my questions, provide updates, and assist whenever I needed help. Their professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.
I highly recommend Livermores, and I am particularly grateful to Mohammed Malik and Ray Shukla for there excellent customer service. Thank you for making the process of getting my new home such a pleasant experience!

Excellent Service from Livermore Estate Agents
I had a very positive experience with Livermore Estate Agents. The turnaround time throughout the process was exceptionally fast, and I was particularly impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Ray Shukla.
The referencing process could easily have been a long and stressful experience, but Ray made everything much easier. Whenever I encountered an issue or needed clarification, I simply emailed him, and he was always quick to respond and provide a practical way forward.
Ray was professional, responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring the process went smoothly. His support made a significant difference and gave me confidence throughout the process.
I would highly recommend Livermore to family , friends and colleagues.

We purchased a house through Livermores…
We purchased a house through Livermores and unfortunately the sale fell through last minute. Although it was through no fault of the estate agents at all, they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, supporting us emotionally and doing everything they could to pull the sale back. Although it ultimately wasn’t meant to be, we still really appreciated the feeling that they genuinely cared and were rooting for us. Especially Taye, Nicola and Mark. Would highly recommend!

There is nothing so frustrating as a sale falling through just before the exchange of contracts. To reach that stage you have overcome so many hurdles, so we completely understand your emotions to be told that the sale is not going to proceed to a completion.
Mark, Nicola and Taye really tried their best to keep this sale going for you, there were many calls and conversations taking place behind the scenes, but in the end, it was just not enough on this occasion.

Sales price above expectations
Excellent local knowledge and marketing achieved a significantly higher sales price than the original estimates supplied by a number of other agents. Both Mark and Ben were very open and honest during the whole sales process and always available to discuss any issues. The Dartford office is run in a very professional manner where everyone appeared to be up to date with our sale at all times. The sales portal saves a lot of time on unnecessary verbal updates as it is kept up to date. (Not all agents use a portal)
Overall highly recommended.

One of the best estate agents around
Moving house is never easy but with Livermores the whole experience was made a lot better. The whole team are polite, professional and act as one.
