I cook almost every day and these pans just make things smoother. Cleaning is effortless and nothing has scratched so far. Only tiny thing is I wish the lid was a bit heavier but its not a big deal.

We ordered the powder blue pots with the detachable handles. However, after a few weeks we had a little glitch with them and got in touch with the company. After looking at our case even though our warranty had expired they took care of us in a very fair manner. And I’m happy for that as we just loved our powder blue pots!! Thank you for contacted us and rectifying the situation.

I appreciated that there were no weird chemical smells when i first opened the box. It felt safe to use right away which matters to me.

My tiny complaint is that the smaller pan could be a bit deeper. But honestly it still works fine for most meals.

Cancelled the order within 2 hrs, so well before the 3-5 days processing time. Refused the cancellation, instead telling me I could send the product back at my own cost (despite the item not even been processed yet). What a disgraceful company
Add: noted reply from company. I'd like to add that I contacted the company prior to the processing and shipment. About 2 hours after I requested the cancel, I received an email stating they had now processed and were ready for shipping.
Stop backpedalling and falsely stating I contacted after shipping, I have email evidence! Stop the lies!

I got my pans in 2 shipments one was way after Christmas. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but they didn’t get the other part of the gift until the end of January. The cookware is amazing though I like that it’s stackable. I like that it has removable handles and the ceramic coating nothing sticks to it. I have not found anything that has stuck to it yet. Cleanup is a breeze.

I paid $170 for these pots and pans. And because I spent so much, I got free shipping. When they arrived, I realized they were far too small for my needs and decided to return them. I understand you have a 15% restocking fee. I was fine with that and needing to pay for shipping to return it. BUT the company made me pay for the shipping that WAS free when they sent it out to me! So I had to refund them their ’free shipping’ which totaled over $40!! So it’s not free shipping! And I’ve NEVER had to refund a company their shipping charge for sending it back to them at my own expense. So I’m paying DOUBLE the shipping cost just to get a refund for this item. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I received my shipping costs refunded to me! But this company apparently thinks you owe them if you don’t like their product. So save yourself your money and shop a different company! Terrible customer service!!

The non stick is terrible. My pan from the dollar store is much better. I can't cook eggs in this pan. They instantly stick so bad and get obliterated when I try to get them free from the pan. I'm so disappointed. 2 stars instead of one because they look aesthetically pleasing.
Edit: after seeing my review they contacted me and tried to buy my review by saying they would give me a refund if I delete my review. I said no, it's an honest review that people deserve to see. I lost even more respect for this brand because of this. Went from 2 stars to 1.

I use these on both gas and induction and they work great on both. No weird hot spots which used to drive me crazy.

I ordered my pots nearly 3 weeks ago and it has not moved from china, the updates I got from customer support were not helpfull just saying to be patient. I am going away in 2 weeks and its unlikely I will receive them by then as the last movement was on the 14th of feb its now the 24th with no update. To be honest I want a refund and will purchase else where. Terrible to deal with

Love the design and the stacking is great for a small kitchen. However, one lid broke and the base of one pan is peeling. Customer service was the usual "we aim to please" but a 30 days return policy is unrealistic for cookware. Not even an offer of replacing the items at a reduced price. Very disappointing.
Since posting this review and and exchange of emails and photos, I think they're taking my case more seriously. Their team is looking into it so fingers crossed.
Update - all sorted now and the lovely people at Gourmetific are sending me replacements. 5 Stars!

I just got my set in cream and haven’t used it yet but I’m a little disappointed that the grill pan is black and not cream like the rest of the set

I've been using the pans for over 2 months now. They're so easy to clean, store and most importantly they're easy to use! The heat distribution is even, the non stick element is fantastic. The ability to pop the handles on and off is a blessing in a smaller kitchen like mine!
Not only do I recommend them, I'll be replacing my other pan's and sets with the the options I don't have throughout the year!

Beware of the lies concerning their "Try for a month risk free and if you're not satisfied, return for a full refund". This is a blatant lie. This is more like try while taking all the risk on because as soon as you use it, it cannot be returned, even if it's defective. According to email responses I have received from them, you must return it unused and in its original packaging. Tell me how you can TRY something but NOT use it? It makes no sense and is a complete contradiction of their ad saying "try it for a month and if you are not satisfied, then return it for a full refund.
If you argue with them, you may get a 10% or 30% off your next order, but that's it. They also offered a 5% refund because 2 of the pans are now discolored despite only using them on medium heat to fry steak and ground beef. Also after arguing they agreed to send a replacement for ONE of the pans.
I bought the cream set in late December 2025 for a Christmas gift to my hubby and me. I received it on January 11, 2026 (about 2 weeks after ordering it) and I sent my first email to them about the discoloration on Jan 22, 2026, well within the 30 day "risk free" period. Still no proper/ satisfactory resolution, based on their advertising.
The cookware seems to work well, even on an induction stove, and cleans up easily (with the exception of the discoloration) and the stacking feature is a wonderful asset, but the lack of accountability on their part is atrocious.
I will try to keep this updated as I continue to try to get their "try risk free" to actually be invoked.
UPDATE:
In response to the company's response below, we have been in contact with each other. These emails have not gone into my spam. I have been regularly replying to these emails. I am not impressed with your response below because you should know that. And the responses I have received via email have done nothing to even come close to your Risk-Free guarantee that is clear posted on your website. All I want is for your Risk Free guarantee to be honored. That is the only satisfactory resolution.
UPDATE 2:
I have received a replacement for one of my discolored pans and the company said they are sending out a replacement for the other discolored pan. I have since bought another set but in navy outside. / black inside. These pots are awesome. The only issues I've had are the discoloration of the cream coloured pans and the customer service is like pulling teeth to get a defective product replaced. Also the lie about their 30 day risk free guaranteed. You, in fact, CANNOT try for 30 days and return for a full refund if you're not satisfied. 1. They must be unused and in their original packaging and 2. You get a refund MINUS a restocking fee.
