I cook almost every day and these pans just make things smoother. Cleaning is effortless and nothing has scratched so far. Only tiny thing is I wish the lid was a bit heavier but its not a big deal.

I got the big bundle and it is amazing. It’s kind of strange that the grill pan and egg pan have different handles from the sauce pans and frying pan pans. The set is so easy to clean and has great heat distribution. I got the black set so it didn’t stain since that’s what most of the reviews on here said. The product is five stars. Their return policy is zero stars if you have something that you want to return you have to pay for shipping to a China address with tracking which for me would have been over $100 or they will give you a 15% partial credit. It also takes forever to get anyone to communicate with you. So if your order works perfect, perfectly five star stars if you have problems watch out. I did end up getting a hold of someone, but still, the delays are pretty big.

Small details like the handle comfort and balanced weight really stand out. The cookware feels premium without being heavy. Heat distribution is excellent, and food releases easily every time

Lightweight pans which are a pleasure to cook with
These pans are lovely to look at and to cook with . The handles are really easy to put on and move between pans .
They take up little room in my cupboards which is great .

Stains!!
The design and stacking features are good, but the first time I used the grill pan and smaller pan, there were stains. The grill pan stain was especially bad. Lots of money for a disappointing product. Waiting for reply from customer service.

Pan stained after first use! Avoid
Purchased a set of pans in November 25. Arrived late December. Delivery took ages. But they looked lovely! Hadn’t really used them as still have my old pans but I have just started to use them. The first time I made pancakes the pan has stained! Left pan to cool as advised but can’t remove the stains! Already looks like an old pan now. Not only stained but a few burn marks on the base too which can’t be removed! My advice to anyone really really wanting these pans! Use them straight away! So you can query any issues within their 30day return period. After that, you’re on your own! Lovely email from them saying nothing they can do as outside the 30days! Got a bit of advice on how to try and clean them but as far as “these pans will last years” they may! but will look old and stained within weeks of using them and no guarantee beyond the 30days! End of! I wouldn’t purchase again knowing what I do now…lots of other brands available (& in the UK) giving more of a guarantee past the 30days. My old

bought stainless steel bowl sets which were described as having silicone lids. upon receipt, it is clear that the lids are actually hard plastic, likely PE, but clearly not silicone. i contacted customer service asking for a full refund as the item received is not as described. customer service told me a 15% restocking fee would apply and i would pay for shipping back. this is completely misleading as they state a 30 days money back guarantee for a full refund. they offered to give me 25% credit and keep the item, but this is still not making me whole. what a fraudulent website with 0 customer service. complete false advertising and misrepresentation. do yourself a favor and do not buy from this website.

Mandatory review in order to get handles replaced
Pans are non-stick and easy to clear but handles are both stuck. Apparently you are supposed to “remove” the handles while cooking? Never heard of such thing.
Customer service uses AI to write anything and would only replace the handles if feedback is provided even though it was bought a month ago and technically it has 2-year warranty.
Update 1 MAR 26: they have asked me to REMOVE my feedback BEFORE they could proceed with the replacement, which I refused to do. They are now saying as a response to this feedback, that they have sent the replacement handles even though they have not sent any tracking number or contacted me directly. Bear in mind that they also said “ as outlined in our policy, we are normally unable to offer replacements for issues reported outside of the 30-day claim window” - even though the product has a 2-year warranty.
If I receive the handles and they work for a couple of months, I will be happy to upgrade the rating. For now, I will downgrade given the insistence that I had to post a positive review to get what I am entitled to.

Titanium pans
I ordered a set of titanium pans and, while they took a while to arrive, they did, and I’m really pleased with them. The packaging was adequate and everything arrived in a good state. I emailed the company once when I thought they were taking a while, but they came back to me quickly and explained why.
I so far have no issues.

These pans are easy to clean
These pans are easy to clean. I cook quite often and use two or three of the pans every day. The nonstick feature works great, and the pans seem to be holding up well despite their frequent use. I like that they nest together and hardly take up any room when stored. All in all, I’m happy with their performance.

Arrived deformed, hard to clean it easily stain in the middle during my first cook. I'm referring with the stainless steel. Ship from China 3 weeks before it arrives. Did not receive the free item even if i check it out there's a free item.
