AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper from here and only received 3 rolls. I emailed customer service to let them know i was missing a roll that I had paid for an ordered and was made out to be a lier! Customer service was completely unhelpful and came across very rude and unprofessional. The situation never got resolved and now my emails are being ignored. Not happy at all, I am now down a roll of wallpaper and money out of pocket.

Good informative and easy to use website, good choice of products with clear descriptions and competitive prices, speedy delivery.

The wallpaper is excellent quality, although haven’t put it up yet. Delivery was earlier than expected. Needed customer support due to my mistake, which I couldn’t fault . The only downside was the price, it seems to change on a daily basis plus the same paper can be brought on B &Q online cheaper. For that reason will not be using this website again.

Rubbish / avoid .day 1 of delivery after being given a time no delivery, day 2 we will deliver today, still couldn't manage it. day 3 we will deliver today they still couldn't manage it. So i would never order from this company. Thankfully for the first time i decided to order different colour samples in the Versace papers. I ordered a few different colours to see what we like. I have been told today by Johnathan we don't refund on any samples. Thank god i didn't pay the 200.00 for the wallpaper if they can't even get a few samples delivered. Nice little earner that for them money and no product!

The wallpaper is just as expected very good quality and Delivered on time. I have recommended to family and friends who hopefully will use your company when they are looking for wallpaper.

Print and efficient

I purchased a roll of Wallrock thermal lining paper, which got damaged by the adhesive tape securing the roll - I lost 80cm of what is an expensive product. I reported the issue and the response from customer service was excellent. They raised my concerns about the use of an inappropriately aggressive tape with the manufacturer. The approach was very prompt, and fully resolved the issue. Excellent service.

Delivery was fast and I love the wallpaper. Will definitely use Gowallpaper again.
