Excellent customer service
I purchased a roll of Wallrock thermal lining paper, which got damaged by the adhesive tape securing the roll - I lost 80cm of what is an expensive product. I reported the issue and the response from customer service was excellent. They raised my concerns about the use of an inappropriately aggressive tape with the manufacturer. The approach was very prompt, and fully resolved the issue. Excellent service.

Such a helpful company
We are professional decorators and we were carrying out a project for a customer they were away on holiday while we completed the job we ran out of wallpaper my supplier could not get me anymore when they promised they would be able to so we contacted Gowallpaper they said they could deliver next day and it was there the next day as promised we would not have been able to get the job finished for our customer coming home and they would of been so dissapointed I was so grateful to gowallpaper for getting us out of a large hole we were in I cannot recommend this company high enough brilliant service from start to Finnish excellent.

Hi Agnes,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your delivery and that you have incurred another decorator’s deposit.
According to the courier’s tracking information, a delivery attempt was made and the driver recorded that nobody was available at the property. I appreciate that you have advised you were at home all day, so there appears to have been a discrepancy between the delivery attempt recorded by the courier and what you experienced.
We are happy to look into this further with the courier and establish exactly what happened with the attempted delivery.
With regard to the decorator’s deposit, unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for a decorator being booked before the wallpaper has actually been delivered and received. We would always recommend waiting until the wallpaper is physically with you and you have checked that everything is correct before arranging for a decorator to attend. This avoids situations such as this where a delivery is delayed or an attempted delivery is unsuccessful.
We understand that this is frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue. We will, however, do what we can to help resolve the delivery as quickly as possible.
