Laptop ordered came quickly
Laptop ordered came quickly, ordered one with dvd drive but out of stock and received model with better spec processor. Would have been better to have had details with delivery. So far working as expected and came with office pre installed as part of bundle.

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad x220
Ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad x220 which I love but the quality of the refurbishment is questionable. The charge runs out in less than an hour (didn't replace battery). The camera and microphone don't work (drivers not installed, not sure how to do this myself). Floppy disk stuck in drive. Labels falling of and some general wear and tear which was to be expected.

We have purchased two re-conditioned…
We have purchased two re-conditioned Dell laptops for our business over the last 15months. We had issues with both, but both were very promptly rectified without any fuss.
We would recommend them as a good value purchase.

Bought this MacBook for our granddaughter. We were a bit apprehensive at first about purchasing it as it was such a good price and spec. But no problems at all, it was delivered earlier than expected and in good condition, with a note inside giving a contact number if any problems with it. Would certainly recommend this this company. First class service
