I contacted Petcove to purchase a new silicone liner for my PurrTek 5G Smart Self-Cleaning Litter box. I purchased this item second hand and absolutely love everything about it.
Alondra very quickly responded to my request and was very helpful.
When she asked for my address I expected to pay for the cost of the replacement part and for the shipping but I was told that there would be no cost to me.

I bought two of the litter boxes over 2 years ago. With minimal monthly cleaning they have held up great and don’t give off bad smells like other litter boxes do. I recently had an issue where I needed a replacement pan and when I contacted the company via email I got quick responses from their customer service and was sent replacement parts for both of my litter boxes very quickly. Alondra with customer care was extremely helpful and friendly.

I have absolutely loved petcoveshop. I bought the purtek automatic cat pan box. Petcoveshop has stood beside their product 100%.

I have had great luck with our Purrtek litter machine. I broke a small part and couldn’t find a replacement in Amazon or the Petcove website. I reached out to customer support and Freddie helped me out. While they typically don’t sell replacement parts, Freddie was able to secure one for me. He was very helpful and responsive. It’s nice to work with a vendor who truly values customer service!

This company has the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with and 2nd place isn’t even in the picture. I had issues with my petcove litter box twice and both times I was sent a new one. And it didn’t take weeks. After I provided picture evidence of the issues, I received a new one the same week. CM was the customer service rep. He/she (don’t know gender, just those initials) was awesome! That sums up my experience with this company. Awesome!

As always the Petcove brand comes through. My auto litter box has preformed beautiful but I had an issue with the door and now because of Alondra I will be back in business in no time. Thank you Alondra ☺️

I was in the middle of grooming my dog and the machine suddenly went out. I called Petcove customer service number on the box and explained my situation. CM, the representative who took my call, was very pleasant and was able to help get me a replacement. He kept contact with me during the whole process to ensure I received my replacement. He was great, experienced, professional, and really nice. I’m glad I chose the Petcove Pet Groomer because I don’t think any other brand would have been so helpful in getting me a replacement.

Alondra was a pleasure to work with! I have owned 4 petcove automatic litter boxes for about 3 years and the have been very easy to use and clean! Love the fact they have a lifetime warranty.

I Purchased a Petcove in 2024. In June 2026 the silicone liner tore. I contacted CM the customer service person. Long story short after a month and the part was still unavailable, they sent me a brand new Petcove. The customer service rep CM was outstanding. They messaged me with updates. Wonderful company and product.

I bought the Petcove automatic litter box, didn't realize how techy it is being not very techy myself! Omg...just a few minutes and it was up and running, but not be techy, I had lots of questions. Called customer service got a human right away. Must have talked to her for 45mins! She answered all my questions,gave suggestions, explained thoroughly until I understood, which is why it took so long!! Lol...thank you Alondra, your awesome in my book!! I will for sure recommend this company! Ebony is still trying to get use to the new litter box, I am sure she will get there soon!

The hinge broke on our Purrtek robotic litter box. I contacted customer service. “CM” was my customer care rep. It was determined it couldn’t be repaired and a new unit would be sent. It was out of stock. However CM sent a daily text keeping me informed of the status. Only 3 days later a confirmation text and tracking number was sent and the replacement arrives tomorrow after only 4 days. CM and the Petcove company provided excellent service!

Petcove is a company that cares about the consumers. Customer service is the best I have ever dealt with in my 70 years of life! When my cat box broke, I was devastated. But I only had to use the litter pan for two days. CM at Petcove was helpful and friendly. It was delivered quickly. My cats and I were so pleased to get back on tract so quickly. Thank you Petcove.
