DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I ordered from them on 7.3.26 because CSP recommended them on their webpage (I already contacted them as well). It's now the 11.4.26. I never got my order. They don't answert to E-Mails and don't answer the phone. So, I have to assume that my money is gone.

They promote scrub but when it reach we got only tops alone . look like the cost is too much

I placed an order for some hemmed trousers for my wife, who works for the NHS. Nothing happened for 6 weeks so I contacted them and they said they had 'supply issues'. They agreed to send unhemmed trousers. But they were much, much bigger than on previous orders. We sent them back and heard nothing. I chased this and they sent a smaller and agreed to refund the postage. I chased the refund and was told "the lady that does refunds had an accident". I have chased again so we will see. The customer service is really unacceptable. They don't do anything, until they are chased!

I’ve been waiting since 17th December for 3 physiotherapy student polo shirts. It’s now 24th January. I realise we’ve had Xmas in-between but this is incredibly slow with no communication.

Grahame Gardner state that the sent me an email but I can confirm that it wasn’t received. I found that the order was delivered when I got home yesterday.

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered some items and got a receipt from PayPal but nothing from GG. They did but a note on my account a few days later to say that the item was being dispatched and would be with me in 7-10 days but unless you log on you don't see that. No emails, which you have to click to say that you want to receive- despite doing that nothing. Contacted them today to find out when my items my arrive and apparently my items were dispatched yesterday ...... wonder how long I would have had to wait if I didn't chase them today.

Unprofessional customer sales agents who are emotionally challenged .
I ordered scrubs for my clinicians which in the light of the current pandemic was needed urgently.
Could be bothered to tell me I would have to wait over 2 weeks when I placed the order until I asked for a delivery date. I showed my dissatisfaction and they just cancelled my order. I now have no scrubs for my GPs' and nurses because they have no customer service skills and take customer dissatisfaction to heart and have n regard for safety. My NHS Colleagues steer clear be warned. I have a clear email trail to back this up
