Highly recommended! Let down by a local supplier in Aberdeen, so contacted Granite Masters. From order to install was 8 days! Install by Graham & Jack was excellent! 😁

Disappointed with the installation

I requested and received email confirmation for a 650 mm worktop, but it was installed at approximately 615 mm.

When I complained, I was shown a handwritten drawing on the back of a page that I had signed on the front. I do not know where this handwritten drawing came from, and I was never shown or told that it indicated 615 mm. I do not recall agreeing to it.

The gas hob was also not fitted properly. I have asked the company to provide the paperwork showing that I agreed to the 615 mm measurement.

I am very disappointed with the installation and the way this issue has been handled. I have also contacted Advice Direct Scotland for advice regarding this matter.

We’ve had a great experience with Granite Masters. Calum was very helpful and knowledgeable in the showroom. Templating was very thorough and the fitters today did a great job, quickly and tidy. Everyone involved has been friendly and helpful and better priced than other quotes we had.

They were great in the showroom with our kids as well - a game to play and snacks too! Highly recommend! Thanks!

We had our quartz worktops supplied and installed by Granite Masters on Monday 10/8/26 and we were delighted with the overall experience.
From the initial telephone contact and showroom visit with Calum we were reassured that we were dealing with a company we could trust. The quality and overall choice of materials was impressive and Calum helped ensure that we made the right worktop choice for our home and that it would be delivered at a very competitive price.
A week prior to the installation date a survey and templating was carried out by Steve who was very thorough and took the time to discuss the installation details and made worthwhile suggestions that would enhance the install.
The installation was carried out by Graham and Ben who were professional and polite. They worked efficiently and carefully to complete the job and dealt with a couple of minor obstacles without any fuss. I was very happy with the completed installation and with the relatively short time it took.
Finally Libby in the office deserves a mention for how she handled the payment process with a friendly and professional approach.
So overall we are very pleased we chose Granite Master, great quality, and great prices delivered by a team of people you can trust.

Graham & Ben were great, communicated prior to their arrival and provide lots of information and advice regarding aftercare.
Had a slight issue with the arrival of my tap and Graham thankfully returned to prevent any hold ups with the plumber. Very pleased with my worktop and the finish the guys left. Thanks again!

Granite Masters delivered on what they promised and advertised. We now have beautiful quartz worktops which were expertly measured and fitted. Stevie who measured is so knowledgeable and experienced, he did a great job and our fitters Ben, Graham and Jack also did a great job of the fit. They arrived on time and were very quick, helpful and professional. Thank you.

From start to finish excellent service. Great showroom. Today Bryan and Mark fitted my kitchen and utility Quartz worktop Swansea Gold. They were so efficient and very professional and polite. Tidied up afterwards and explained to us everything so well. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the moment we stepped inside the shop, from the choices across the different mediums to service in store which was excellent. The surveyor Callum was excellent and knowledgeable. The fitters Ben and Graham were top notch. Again to Stewart who explained everything and let us see the slab, just great service all in. If your looking to buy a worktop this place is where to go from quality, service and price it is a must. Thanks to all for the excellent experience.

The guys at Granite Masters provided a first class service from start to finish. Callum at the showroom in Hillington was knowledgable and helpful, reassuring us that fitting in Aberdeenshire was no problem. Providing an immediate estimate based on our kitchen design was more than we expected on our first visit, and their fair pricing encouraged us to go ahead. We really appreciated seeing our stone in Livingstone, before we finalised the order. The templating and fitting was completed within 4 days, which far exceeded our expectations. The templating was thoroughly completed by Liam, and two days later, Graham, Jack and the fitting guys arrived at 7.30am - friendly, efficient and it was evident that they know exactly what they are doing! We are delighted with our beautiful granite - a little piece of art and history from India! Thanks GM - you are highly recommended! 😊

Extremely helpful service from Stuart and his team in choosing the correct worktops etc. We had to come and look a couple of times to get the right samples/see their range built in their showroom and the decide what we required and at no time in that process was anything too much trouble. Once the kitchen was part-built we organised templating on the Wednesday and by 10am on the Monday the team had been out, perfectly installed and sealed the workshops and wiped them down and had left. Excellent service, good value for money and I would thoroughly recommend Granite Masters.

Everything about getting the granite worktops went so smoothly. Got very well looked after. The worktops look incredible. Very happy with them and would highly recommended using them.

Very impressed with all the team we worked with from Callum who sold us our quartz to Steven who came out to template and Ben and Graham who fitted our lovely worktop.
