Grays of Westminster, the multi-award-winning Nikon-only shop, was founded forty years ago by Gray Levett with the idea of creating a world-class camera store, offering a service that was second to none. It is superbly located in a quiet area of central London, a few minutes walk from Victoria Railway Station; the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the Tate Britain, River Thames and Knightsbridge are all within easy reach. Grays of Westminster is not simply a famous Nikon camera shop; it is to many photographers around the world an institution. It can trace back its beginnings from a modest mail order company to its present, highly-respected position in the photographic industry. Grays of Westminster, became the first camera shop in the world to be granted a Coat of Arms. Mr. Robert Noel, Norroy and Ulster King of Arms of Her Majesty's College of Arms, presented the Coat of Arms to Grays of Westminster 29th October 2014.

From interest to order.
I had expressed an interest in an out of stock item,for which I was recently notified was now in stock. I was able to immediately order on-line, being notified shortly after that the order was being dispatched. This was a small item, delivered via 1st class Royal Mail, received quickly afterward. The service was first class, as always has been during at least 26 years dealing with Grays of Westminster.

Superb customer service
There is only one place to buy Nikon cameras etc and that is Grays of Westminster. Their professionalism, expertise and customer service is exemplary and most importantly they are totally trustworthy. Daniel was exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable and kind ensuring that all aspects of my camera purchases were addressed. Grays of Westminster are one of the few businesses which have successfully maintained traditional services, which makes purchasing a pleasure.

Great service at a competitive price
