On behalf of my Dad, my brothers and I, I just wanted to reach out to thank Ben Hartery personally for his care and attention over the last couple of weeks whilst arranging Mum’s funeral. Ben totally removed the stress from the day with his careful planning and nothing was too much trouble. The funeral service itself was the perfect tribute to mum and Green Willow’s contribution to that was faultless. Ben and his colleagues have treated our family throughout with respect, care, compassion and professionalism. And they made a really unexpectedly difficult time so much more bearable. A massive Thankyou to Green Willows for organising my mums funeral last week. Tom was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and professional throughout. Debbie the celebrant was also so lovely and delivered the most beautiful service. I can’t recommend the Green Willows team enough and being a non profit organisation makes them even more amazing.

Alison had looked after the funeral arrangements for our Mum, and when we realised it was to be Alison again looking after the funeral arrangements when our father passed away, we were so pleased. Alison is incredibly kind, compassionate and really well organised. She was always available to answer questions, and was patient and kind throughout. Her guidance on the day of the funeral was exactly what was needed - clear, but delivered calmly and compassionately. Could not have asked for better. Thank you!

Alison and the team were, throughout this sad and trying time, really superb. From the first encounter to closure they were very communicative, highly professional, compassionate and friendly.

Green Willow arranged our mother's funeral last week.
From my initial meeting with Tom & then with Alison, I cannot praise them enough. They were both so kind. Every meeting was made easier by their calm, kind nature.
Alison made the arrangements & also replied to any concerns or questions immediately & all her advice was really appreciated.
The driver who drove us to Thornhill was so calm, friendly & thoughtful which helped make a very hard journey so much easier. The staff were very respectful & guided us quietly & tenderly through, & following the service.
The kindness shown to us as a family & the respect given to Mum meant a lot to us at such a very difficult time
Alison was so considerate & arranged for the ashes to be available quicker than usual so my brother & I could carry out Mum's final wishes before he had to return to Australia. This meant a lot.

Huge thanks to Louise, Funeral Director, and Katie Pugsley, Celebrant, who did a wonderful job organising our brother’s funeral. Louise’s friendly and compassionate nature made organising this sad day so much easier and Katie perfectly summed up our brother during the order of service.

Alison and her team were excellent from start to finish. During a very difficult time, she was empathetic, but professional, ensuring that the service and build up to the service went very smoothly. Would 100% recommend to others.

To arrange a funeral for a service user who we looked after for 12 years was very hard. Were we making the right choices and decisions. He had no family involved (we thought) so we had to step in to organise each and every thing with our own donations from our carers. Alison was very supportive throughout, always an email or phone call away to answer any of our million questions. Thank you Alison and your team for helping make our service user David's funeral come together. It was a lovely day for all of David's carers to join to celebrate David's life. We are very grateful.

From my first meeting with angela, I could see she was a very kind and caring lady and helped me greatly with all arrangements for my dads final journey, which can be difficult for a son losing his dad.she had great empathy for the situation and was extremely helpful in all endeavours, The drivers on the day and angela leading the procession were very professional and very nice,I would say greenwillows is truly outstanding.

Alison and team were so personable, efficient and supportive with everything at such a difficult time. It really felt like a personalised approach and overall the service provided was exceptional. Communications were timely and sensitive and I was put at ease and felt comfortable asking the numerous questions I had. We had two young children who were bereaved and it was really important to us that things were done right. Thanks again to Alison and team, you were amazing!

Numerous emails and still no communication. Now a formal complaint to the Funeral Directors Ombudsman. I am absolutely appauled at the way in which Green Willow has behaved. losing a loved one is traumatic enough, but then to have to deal with an incompitent, uncaring unprofessional company takes it to another level. Avoid at all costs.
