Unfortunately I had a bad experience of purchasing from Grenade after usually ordering from them. Although I used the discount code link provided in their SMS, the free gift advertised wasn’t included in my email and after an initial response all follow up communications from my side have been ignored by them. A shame as I used to purchase their products quite regularly but now will no longer be doing so.

Said I would have free items….. I didn’t
Said I would have free items if I spent over £40 as fist time shopper. Wouldn’t allow a code to be entered during ordering process, so assumed it was automated as I had just signed up. I spent £44. No free items issued. Scam. I don’t particularly want two boxes, one was enough but value for money with a further 5 bars free made sense. Now it doesn’t. Send me my free stuff please. On accept my return and I’ll reorder.

Favourite Protein Bar Company by Far!!
Great company, quality products and excellent service time and time again. Love the loyalty programme too, seems to be one of those that is a genuine loyalty programme and not purely driven by profit and buying more. Highly recommend and will continue buying from here due to great deals and free postage above £40.

Consistently reliable
Grenade have been consistently reliable, fast and speedy delivery. I do have to subtract a star, though, because since they amended the recipes to remove a type of sugar, all the bars I used to order, except the salted caramel, are frankly awful. They taste nothing like the advertised flavour any more - very disappointing. However, the salted caramel is still delicious!
