Quick delivery of fairly hard to find item (gear hanger for Cinelli Experience)

Amazing job and a good value product - After I realised the brake blocks could be reused when the pads were worn out, I enquired with GritStone customer service and they found me a compatible product that would fit and for a fair price, only time will tell if the product will fare well with my rear electric hub motor on summer rides.

Purchased a Kinetic Turbo-trainer from these guys which was very competitively priced. Exactly as described, good communication regarding delivery and tracking, and the package turned up exactly when expected.
My only issue which is fairly insignificant was that the box was very tatty, like it had been sitting about for a while. This didn't affect the contents though and everything was packaged as new.

I ordered a cycle helmet well aware that there was no guarantee of a pre-Christmas delivery. Delivery was stated as between 28th Dec -30th Dec.
Someone pulled out all the stops as it was delivered just three days after my order well in time for Christmas.
It was a gift for my wife and she was delighted with the helmet.
Delivery by courier was free and the hemet was the cheapest advertised. Brilliant service and excellent product.

The item was speedily dispatched but did not match the description. It was described s New but had obviously been out of the box before. They said they had opened it to check what was inside. Utter rubbish - the plastic had been cut, a spare battery was jut rolling around the box, the sensor was scratched and the crank had oil on it. Correspondence also not the slickest. Disappointed with the service and subsequent BS overall for a £285 item.
