Car battery went during lock down
Car battery went during lock down. Replace battery was the same as the car manufacture battery (Exide for a Mazda CX5) from Grove batteries at half the price.
Quick delivery and well packed.

Extremely good and responsive service. There was a delay in my delivery because Royal Mail where extremely busy at that time but I was kept informed and the groves staff couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process.

6 Volt Vintage Rubber Battery - Not Charged
Ordered a vintage style 6 volt hard rubber battery to be shipped to the United States. The customer support staff was very accommodating going above and beyond to make sure it was received quickly and was very well packaged to insure no damage. I rarely find service to this level here in the States.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend
My experience with this company was very pleasant. I ordered a battery for my scooter online but missed where it had the delivery option on the order page. I soon after got an email to confirm my battery was ready to collect. After contacting them via email, they arranged to deliver the battery. Great communication and battery was as described. Thank you and I hope to deal with you again in the future.
