Guardian Carers was sold/taken over by Hometouch at the end of June and the since then, the service has been appalling. They pressured us into paying a huge agency fee a few days before the changeover, then once we paid and the company was handed over they abandoned us, have avoided contact since, not responded to emails and ignored messages for call back.

After Guardian/Hometouch let us down and we had to shop around, I now know there are many other agencies whose fees are much lower and service standards much higher, so I would recommend avoiding Hometouch and regret Guardian were able hook us in before their company buyout.

I’m a self employed carer working for Guardian Carers. They care for the carers placed with clients. Leaticia has always supported me in finding the best client suited for me. I would one hundred percent recommend the agency to new clients and carers alike.

Guardian Carers select clients that they know I can manage. They consider my qualifications and my past experience which makes both me and the client happy. They support me throughout my placements.

I have worked in the care sector for many years so I know what I am talking about. Clients and carers are treated with the almost respect. Guardian carers are so lazy.
The only job I can say is definitely they do for mum is empty the commode.

I have asked and asked them to bake sure on their 2 visits mum as food prepared. But they say if mum says she's ok they can't make any thing.

They leave doors wide open. Front door and interior door.

The company just can't control their staff to make them do as they are requested or even told to do

As an experienced Care worker,Companion and support worker I’ve covered a lot of ground.Housing associations,NHS and charities .So many are well versed on the marketing and tick boxing but do they invest in the actual people? .Gaurdian Carers are different.I am going into my 6th year with this organisation and they are definitely invested in their people.Many agencies do not invest in the people.This company has a bespoke approach to matching Clients with Staff.This results in happy staff and satisfied Clients.After 5 years they know my strengths , adhere to feed back from the Customers regarding my performance and greatly acknowledge what setting suits my skill set.I feel valued and appreciated by all of my clients and most importantly their families .Guardian Carers are maverick's in spotting this gap in the market ..where so many agencies fail.Carers are the unsung heroes and don’t always get the respect that they deserve. I finished my contract with client and my advisor Eunice found for me more suitable client. She working hard to get everyone happy, help with cv, help with trainings, help with clients.

My Experience has been wonderful , everything has been very smooth and they are very professional . Eunice Roll has been wonderful and professional in recommending me for the job I’m recently been assign to , Guardian Carers is a great Agency will always recommend them to my fellow Carers.

Carers were so helpful, duties no problem went out off their way to support client,helping him achieve the perfect holiday .Supported friends to surprise him. Organised great personalized days out supporting him to acquire whatever he wanted to buy to meet up with old friends, to preparing a 3 coarse lunch for all four off us.nothing was too much trouble, highly recommended. PS.. ( Even his clothes were all wash for him coming home)

Guardian Carers offered me a job close to home. Although the client was initially hesitant to accept my assistance, our working relationship improved over time. Initially, it was difficult to gain trust and get started. I was pleased that the client was able to improve and was prepared to embark on her teenage journey..
