A weak company in every way
A mess of a company and when I say it's a mess I have proof of it. Very poorly trained manager and one of his team who does the routes (I don't remember the name). I brought to their attention several violations of the rules regarding elderly care (some very serious) and they took no action. They shamelessly lie that you will be paid for the training but you will never see the money, worse if you tell them anything about money you risk being fired and even threatened by the manager, the routes are very poorly done and if you tell them anything they come with threats. Run away as much as you can if you hear about Sylvian Care being a company with very poorly trained carers (they didn't know how to close a night bag and they don't give medicine to the elderly)but that's because the management team is equally poorly trained. The so-called boss is nothing more than their accomplice. I do not recommend going to them as a carer or as an elderly person to have cared for very poorly trained carers and equally incompetent management.It also seems that I won't get the money from them either. I was supposed to get the mileage money on February 9-10 and today is February 13 and I haven't received anything. So they are also bad payers but that's why there are lawyers and a lot of legal recourses. I do not recommend!!! They tried to say on Trustpilot that this is not their company I'm referring to but it is theirs because they have the same owner: Silviu Pop. I noticed that the Wokingham office is temporarily closed, I don't know why because there were quite a few people in that office. And one more thing, after I wrote to the owner they also paid me the miles that they were supposed to pay me, well, after many days...
