Very helpful, supportive and patient staff (Rohit and Steve) - and a brilliant price for my gas and electric!

John Galvin gave it to me plain and simple with no industry jargon, he is an absolute superstar, I've never met anyone as proactive and forward looking in this industry.
He scours contracts incredibly deep, looking into every corner of the small print to make sure you get the best deal!
Just when you think he's given you all he's got, he goes in one more time a bit deeper and gives you that little bit more.

Stephen Cavanagh is genuinely interested in helping business save money on their energy bills, and if he is typical of the caliber of the staff employed by Guild Energy I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Stephen worked really hard to secure the Charity a refund of almost £10,000 on overpaid bills. He worked out that we were being massively overcharged for our usage as well as paying too much VAT and a Climate Change Levy, which he then helped us to recoup. Stephen is a man of integrity, he does what he says. He is knowledgeable and helpful and works tirelessly on behalf of his customers.

John Galvin was just the person I needed to speak to -I was fed up with sales people taking up my time with inaccurate quotes. John helped me through forward buying and then just took control over the whole process so I could get on with end of year accounts. Im so glad I chose this company and any companies that call and try to better the price ??? I tell them yes I got an awesome price but I always buy the person first.

I get a high number of cold calls from extremely pushy energy consultants, which puts me off straight away. You will not experience this from Rebecca at all.
I have now been working closely with her over the past 12 months, not only to help me obtain the most competetive rates, but to help me with issues I have had with exisiting suppliers that I was locked in with. All this despite the fact that I had not yet entered into ANY contracts through her!

I cant speak highly enough of Rebecca, she is professional, reliable and honest.

We have renewed our energy suppliers with Craig McVeigh for the last 2 years. He has taken the stress out of renewing, as everything is done for you, and manages to offer the best prices. We have had a problem with our metre, Craig has help to resolve the issue despite this not being a part of the service. The after sales service is excellent.

I can't rate John high enough he's approachable and takes time to explain everything. I don't normally deal with utility bills as I find it all a pain trying to talk to suppliers etc but this has been so easy, if we've got a problem we've contacted John and he resolves any matters promptly. Keep up the good work John!

John Galvin from Guild Energy is my wonderful contact In all my years of buying Gas and Electricity I have never come across an honest salesman as I have with John, a true gent who does as he says and generally looks after you truly well, he does also makes sure you are aware of all detail of hidden charges whatever meter you may have and generally puts your mind at ease to know that he will complete the necessary work going forward too.

The warmth of his voice, his seemingly honest and caring nature made me interested in what he had to say. After many questions about my invoices from British Gas he clearly explained the new favourable terms.
