Called up needing a lock urgently changed, and Sam quickly picked up the call & went out of his way to help. He came round within 2.5 hrs flat, very honestly and decently, explained that only needed to change the inside of the lock (to open with different keys), then took about 5 mins to do it, checked it several times from inside and out, and also checked the other lock worked well. He also gave some key security advice, and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, polite, and lovely to deal with. This is also a family firm going since 1896. He also charged very reasonably. Can't recommend company more highly for Sam's skills, integrity, service and high standards. A pleasure to come across such a long-standing, family company still maintaining it own high standards. Thank you.

Excellent fast and efficient service at a very reasonable cost, I couldn't be more pleased. I contacted them by email this morning the work was completed with both locks repaired by 1.15pm.

This company G. Worrall & Son, went out of their way for me; they anticipated my disability need !

They made a house call when I needed fob copying done.
I use a Zimmer frame in the house and could not make it to their workshop.

The man they sent was extremely helpful and polite.
