Ordering easy and clear. Postage bit pricey Quick delivery all packed well..would suggest not using plastic protection packing but to change to shredded paper instead. Otherwise great service.

Issue resolved quickly
We have bought from Hancocks for a couple of years, but their selection has reduced recently for what we buy, but they are a good company to deal with.
The delivery this time was packed poorly and resulted in a number of items breaking and the contents spreading through the boxes. Once reported, these items were replaced promptly, so we are happy it was resolved easily.
