Great help

The packaging was much better this time…
The packaging was much better this time we ordered as only one box was broken due to it being packed on it's size. The boxes were a better size than before. We received our order in good time.

Wonderful service from Hancocks Watford.
As a Commercial Manager, I needed to create a traditional sweet station\. I contacted several suppliers, but the lady I spoke to at Hancocks Watford was exceptionally helpful\. My apologies for not remembering her name\.
She clearly explained how to get a day pass and what I needed to do next\. The conversation was short, clear and courteous\.
The warehouse staff and manager were just as helpful\. They guided me through the choices and helped me complete my shop\.
Overall, Hancocks Watford is a depot that genuinely puts its customers first\. I would happily recommend them

First order!
Placed my first order today after perusing their site for weeks. I'm just starting my sweet gifting business and they were a dream to deal with. Goods were ordered
Goods were ordered. Kept up to date with delivery date and time. Goods arrived when they said they would and the best thing of all, the expiry dates of the confectionery gives us plenty of time to be able to sell the goods. Pricing was good too.
