Hancocks
Have been buying from Hancocks for the past 6 years now and cannot fault them. The delivery service is great. Even when I have had a few issues the customer service is excellent and sorted out straight away for me. The ordering system is very straight forward and easy to use and stock replenished frequently. Would highly recommended.

If i had to fault anything it would be letting me know your out of stock before i check out. When you order it says low stock but when you check it it says no stock.

The goods requested were easy to order and arrived before the promised delivery date via DPD. DPD provided advanced notice of the delivery and provided excellent tracking data.

Today was our first visit to Hancock's Birmingham having recently opened a sweet shop. What a nice surprise, the staff were all so helpful, friendly, polite and pleasant. They are a great asset to the company. Great range of confectionery and ample parking,

Availability and selection of stock is…
Availability and selection of stock is very good. However, the delivery process is always delayed by anything from 2 days to 7 days. This may be down to the couriers they use and out of their hands. It has happened several delivveries in a row.

We placed a larger order with Hancock’
We placed a larger order with Hancock’. Unfortunately the majority of our order came with 3 separate delivery driver which made putting the stock away a lot difficult as we didn’t know what we was checking in or not . We did have some items also missing from the order which was quickly resolved once we contacted Hancock’s and was delivered next day. Never usually have an issue with Hancocks as it always delivered together. We will still use Hancock’s in the future going forward, but perhaps the people that pick and pack should check more thoroughly

Been using Hancocks for a few years now in store when my local store closed down recently I’ve been ordering online items arrive really well packed in large boxes with a timed delivery service with Dpd couldn’t fault them never seen so much packaging for sweets must cost them a Fortune
