Perfect for our requirements
We've ordered from Hancock's as a school for a while now although this has been my first year dealing with Hancock's as a new PTA member. They have great stock levels, delivery times and its super easy to order via the website. Never had a problem with any order.

most of the sweets I brought were hard…
most of the sweets I brought were hard very hard, I had to take back 7 bags with some being allsorts, when i got home with the replacements to my horror the ones they replaced me with had until Nov also that year being 2025, many of the sweets had sort dates, and were binned utimatly, i ended up folding my business, so it was not a great exsperiance for me in my opinion, to sort dates and hard weets.

As this happened quite some time ago, it is unfortunately very difficult for us to investigate what may have happened. We also have no record of you contacting us at the time, which would have given us the opportunity to look into the issue while the relevant information was still available and hopefully resolve it for you.
We do understand your concerns, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience was such a negative one. While we're unable to investigate the matter now due to the length of time that has passed, we do appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel.

Easy, simple, nicely packed
It was easy to use the site, everything came nicely packed and perfect, and I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional but I got some free lollies, if it was intentional that was a very nice touch and I appreciate it
