Selection is very good and prices are very competitive when on offer (less so otherwise).

The minimum order for free delivery is very high at £250 ex vat, and the delivery charge for smaller orders is quite steep at £10.99.

Other delivered wholesalers seem to manage much lower MOQs for free delivery, lower delivery charges for smaller orders, and faster delivery.

Missing items seem quite common, you have to check the order carefully. In the past we've also had issues with short dated products that were not clearly labelled as such online.

It's a little strange that the branches and the website seem almost completely separate from each other. No way to shop in branch without a trade account, but no way to use a trade account online. You can click & collect a web order to the branch, but on the handful of occasions I've done so, items have been unavailable and the branch staff have seemed baffled at what to do.

I would not have gone out of my way to write this review, but multiple emails requesting it, days after an order was missing multiple items provoked me into doing so...

Arrived on time- delivered with care (as usual)- packed well.
The new lollipop boxes are much better than the older plastic tubs. Much better for recycling

Marked up 6 packs for something like £12 thought that’s good went to till and apparently was marked up wrong and wouldn’t honour it one of the staff serving me very polite but her supervisor was very rude about the mistake in pricing

Excellent service from the company.
Only one problem was the delivery company left the parcel containing chocolate at 7pm on the doorstep during a heatwave. Delivery address was a business so closed after 5pm…..not good!

I wanted to order sweets for my sons wedding. I was doing this on line. I had to call with a query and the person i spoke to was very helpfull. I placed the order on Thursday evening for a tuesday delivery. The sweets arrived on saturday afternoon, 3 days ahead of schedule. Very well packed too. Thank you

Have used Hancocks for over 14 years now and can honestly say if I’ve ever had any queries the staff have always been able to help and Hancocks supply mostly everything I need with each order. Deliveries are usually earlier that expected. Thank you Hancocks

Amazing products

Great selection of confectionary in a choice of quantities making easy for every need. Website is easy to navigate and select items. Orders are well packed and have a speedy and timely delivery.
