I needed to find a couple of replacement window handles so looked on line and found Handlestore. The website was easy to use and I quickly found what I was looking for. I placed my order online. The communications were great. My order was placed late on the 13th so I was expecting delivery next week but on Thursday 15th my order arrived in the morning via Hermes. I was very pleased with my purchase and the excellent service provided by Handlestore and Hermes. I cannot fault this company and should I require any handles in future I will not hesitate to use Handlestore again.Superb service A++++++++++++++

On 28th Sept I rang www.HandleStore, as I needed advice on 2 products which was dealt efficiently by Claire, who was very helpful and patient with me. I placed an online order which was delivered today 29th Sept at 10.15am by (the ever-amazing Hermes).
HandleStore are a shining example of how Customer Services should be (caring and courteous to clients) particularly in these difficult times. Unlike 3 bluechip service companies, for whom I have been waiting 5 months for a reply to my queries.

Purchased specialist keys from this company several times and very quick to supply/send.
Website is easy to navigate and find exactly what one is looking for.
Only negative aspect is when you email them their email tone is a bit sharp and not very professional, feels a bit angry!

Brilliant website, informative and great for the non-expert, made it easy for me to know which handles I needed? Fast delivery. I refitted my house with Espag handles. Minor problem with one of handles resolved without fuss.

Ordered cockspur chrome window handles to update windows. Read the description and not really knowing much about this kind of thing watched the YouTube video as a guide and measured up. Ordered them and they arrived the next day well packaged. Fitted them with no issues and they look great and are very sturdy. Delighted with my purchase. I had already went elsewhere and wasted my time as they didn't fit properly and were more expensive. Overall I definitely recommend handlestore.com and would use again. Very rude and unhelpful, no after sales service over the phone. Placed order 12 days ago, said 3-5 day delivery, no delivery and no contact.

Great prices and fast delivery - ordered the locks early in the week and they arrive by the weekend.

I cannot fault the service I received from Handlestore. I wasn't sure about a replacement window handle but I received a reply to my questions within 24 hours ( and I sent my query on Easter Monday ! )
The advice I was given was clear and easy to understand- they even sent an explanatory video. Colin was simply excellent.
The replacement arrived 48 hrs after ordering and took minutes to fit ( thanks to the explanatory notes I had received )
Would fully recommend.

Ordered handles on Sunday, they arrived on Tuesday and look absolutely lovely on my kitchen cabinets. They are of a great quality. I would not hesitate in recommending Handlestore - great service and excellent products

Ordered replacement window cockspur handles for our new property. They arrived promptly, were easy to fix and improved the look of the windows greatly. There was a slight mark on one of the screw covers but with a quick email to customer services, they sent a replacement straight away. Could not fault their service from beginning to end. Thank you.

Ordered a lock from Handlestore which was good value and arrived promptly. I'm not a locksmith but having watched the videos on the Handlestore web site I felt confident enough to install the lock.

I had a problem with the installation and telephoned Handlestore for advice/help but, and this is the issue, you cannot talk directly to someone in support, you have to email them. I managed to sort the problem out myself but it would have been nice to know that I an expert was handy to have a quick chat with. Talking is better as emailing wastes everyone's time and takes much longer.

I would have rated Handlestore five stars if they had a technical support line. Maybe Handlestore is for experts and not simple lay people like me. May or may not order again from Handlestore, depends on how brave I feel.

Highly delighted with the pewter door handles, knocker and letter box we purchased from Handlestore Ltd. Their website was easy to navigate, we had reason to contact customer service and they were fantastic to deal with & great communications, delivery was next day. Has made our recycled, ancient front door look better than new.

I have just purchased external door handles from this Company for my 26 year old UPVC doors. As the doors are old, I wasn't sure if I would find handles to fit the locks, but these are perfect. Good quality at a reasonable price and very fast delivery.
I also had occasion to contact their Customer Support Department and the service I received was excellent.

Fantastic service from this company. Door handles for outside doors
are a tricky purchase but with good help and support your purchase is spot on, whether, it's by email phone or watching their online videos what can go wrong. Excellent, quality goods, and a download of their conditions.

I order a simple window handle from Handlestore -

So handle costs; 8.39 - and then you have delivery which is 5.99 (!)

So delivery is £6 on top of the price unless you order to a certain amount. For that you are given a 1-3 day stated delivery timescale.

I ordered Monday night and by Friday nothing.

So I emailed customer services and apparently an email had been sent to me telling me that the handle was out of stock and that it would be sent to me when back in stock at the end of the month (2 weeks away)

Now I have a paid-for email account. All other email messages pertaining to the order came through to me and I have no spam folder - so does email now get lost? I wonder if it actually ever came out in the first place.

Problems here are:

a) if the item is out of stock, the website should reflect that?
b) all other emails came through regarding my order except the one that was to tell me that I am going to have to wait two weeks plus
c) £6 delivery for an £8 handle is excessive IMHO.

I have asked for a refund and don't think I'll be shopping here again.
