What a fantastic find this company is. Ordered a personalised Father Christmas letter with a “nice list” pin badge. Came very quickly and such a gorgeous looking letter! Came in a separate envelope so our son didn’t see it, but his letter has now name and address so we can pop it by the front door.
Will be telling everyone about this company!

I placed an order late september with a stated delivery date. I stayed in all day but no order arrived and no update with tracking details. I phoned and was told an item in my order was out of stock and that it would arrive "in a week or so". I waited again, e-mailed and told the same story. I phoned again a week later, same story - arriving soon. I had to make all the contact, the company didn't attempt to contact me once. It eventually arrived in the middle of November. No apology

We ordered three stockings though for our mum, one was a lot smaller than the other two, we rang and emailed customer service and the Handmade Christmas Company, they have not and they said will not rectify the issue as they are handmade, one stocking is clearly a lot smaller and we think a new stocking could be made to replace the smaller one we have paid for, I wrote to the company in response below to customer service with a picture of the faulty stocking:

'Good morning,

Thank you for the email.

As all products produced by a manufacturer, we presume you have a quality control process, clearly the stocking is smaller and does not qualify as being acceptable even though it is handmade. Handmade products are made to the same finish, size consistency is very easy to achieve.

Received candle really quickly.. so pleased with it, it looks and smells amazing would definitely recommend

As always delighted with the goods I have received however disappointed that you no longer do the cylinders to store the Christmas Sacks. They were a great gifting addition and keepsake to store for years ahead.
