Here is a letter that I Tony Burke (North Island Regional Manager of Hannahs), shown below...
A woman called Gina replied and offered me $50, when the shoe was brand new and still in the box.
The shoe cost $140.
I rang her, for two weeks and she was never there.
The ID marks on the box and on the shoe verify that the shoes come from Hannahs according Hannhas who I rang.
I had asked for a replacement of the shoes, -but she said taht they didn't have the shoe.
I told her that it could be a replacement of the any shoe to the same value.
Gina is now threatening me, because I won't take $50 for a pair of shoes that I spent $140 for, and then she accuses me of
harrassment, because she has kept asking me to ring her back and she wasn't there.
I enclose the letter where she threatens me, and also the letter to Tony Burke, shown below...
She told me to ring her, and when I rang her and couldn't get hold of her she accuses me of harassment, even thought she told me to ring her in the first instance.
This is how bad their shop, and Public Relations is.

I tried to return shoes that I had purchased.
They had never been used and they still have their tags on.
The shop in Manners street had closed down, so I got fed up with the whole thing.
I was told that I couldn't return them to another store.
I just became frustrated with the whole ordeal, and so I just put them away and forgot about them, because of the runaround and misinformation that I was given.
I feel that you should make a goodwill gesture of a small payment, or at least an exchange.
I have already tried to sort this matter out with Michelle and Gina, and they refuse to help me.

This is the final correspondence that will be entered into with you. My team has been instructed to not engage with you as you are harassing my team and the company.
The facts as they stand:
You have no proof of purchase for the shoes.
The returns period for shoes is 60 days - it has been many years since you purchased the shoes, and you are demanding a refund of which you have no proof of purchase for.
Despite not having proof of purchase and your claim being many years past our returns period, as a gesture of goodwill despite it not being a requirement at all, we offered you a $50 good will voucher, and you have declined this on several occasions.
You claim to have rung my cellphone - this is categorically untrue. I have attempted more than 10 times to resolve this issue with you and you have continued to harass our business and team.
I have offered on multiple occasions to call you and you have stated 'I don't have a phone' - yet you continue to harass us via the phone.
IMPORTANT: If you continue to harass our company or staff via phone or email, this matter, along with all phone recordings and email interactions, will be handed over to the authorities to deal with.
NO FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO.
